What are the bats looking for in the old gas factory? How were pumpkins found in the Old Ovens? Did anyone talk about treats and ghosts? This year, get ready for the scariest night experience at Industrial Gas Museum of the Technopolis of the Municipality of Athens! Inspired by Halloween, the museum team organizes the Saturday, October 30, 2021 "One Night at the Museum", with exciting activities and many surprises for families with children 7-11 years. From the 17.00 to 22.00, young and old will live a fun and extremely…spooky night inside the industrial monument that gave light and energy to the city of Athens for more than 130 years!
Disguise yourself in something very "scary" and come to the museum. There, a special one will be waiting for you mystery and puzzle game, the escape game Gas Mystery, which comes in a… more Halloween version to offer an incredible escape experience! The game takes place against the backdrop of one of the most modern buildings of the factory, the New Water Gas, and calls on young and old to join forces to build a special team of scientists and fulfill an important mission: to save Athens from a major ecological disaster! Will they succeed before the factory workers understand them? Time counts down…
Does it have more? But of course since the darkest follows treasure hunt in the less illuminated buildings of the factory, with tools a map, a lens, speed, observation and a lot of imagination! Young and old discover puzzles and hidden information and "unlock" the secrets of the old factory through play and mystery.
Turn has the break for delicious snacks with "taste" Halloween! We get strength and energy for an awesome and terrible. art creation workshop. Inspired by horror stories, children express themselves creatively through constructions, give life and light to their own pumpkins with recyclable and the strangest materials!
The evening ends with music and dancing! If the abdomen were a percussion instrument, what sound would it make? What rhythm can our fingers create? Children with their families make strange sounds and scary musical patterns with all parts of their body, they tune in rhythmically, communicate better and discover its magical world body music!
