Foreign Minister Nikos Dendias will take part in the EU Foreign Affairs Council to be held in Luxembourg tomorrow, Monday 18 October, according to an announcement by the Foreign Ministry.
On the sidelines of the Council, the Foreign Minister will host a working breakfast in Libya with his counterpart Najla El Mangoush, with the participation of other Foreign Ministers of the EU Member States.
The Foreign Minister, under the heading "current affairs", is expected to refer to the provocative and illegal actions of Turkey.
Mr. Dendias will also meet with his Luxembourg counterpart Jean Asselborn, where he is expected to discuss developments in the Eastern Mediterranean, EU-Turkey relations, wider developments in the Middle East and North Africa region, as well as its strengthening. the EU's position in international affairs.
Elsewhere, the Council's agenda includes: developments in the Western Balkans in the light of the recent EU-Western Balkans Summit, EU-Gulf relations, Eastern Partnership, Ethiopia, Tunisia, Afghanistan, Nicaragua, and climate diplomacy.
