An additional 300.000 property owners, which translates to 1,5 million compared to 1,2 million last year, will receive a reduced or zero ENFIA account this year, in August, along with another 5,8 million taxpayers who will also receive the corresponding ENFIA tax bills that will normally be around the same amounts as in 2020 unless some of them increased their real estate last year by buying houses, plots of land or even increased their taxable income.
The reduction of ENFIA to an additional 300.000 property owners is mainly due to their reduced last year's incomes that they will declare this year with the income tax, as, as is well known, ENFIA is exported based on income and property criteria.
For this year, as in previous years, the 50% real estate tax deduction will apply, as well as the zero ENFIA settlements for special categories of property owners, such as those with a disability of more than 80% or hosting a relative with a disability of 80%, for those with three children. , large families etc.
The taxpayers of ENFIA will be asked to pay in 6 monthly installments from September to February or in a lump sum if they wish.
