Three sectoral Collective Bargaining Agreements are paving the way for the expansion, as the Plenary Session of the Supreme Labor Council (SAC), during its meeting yesterday, gave a positive opinion to the Minister of Labor and Social Affairs, in order to declare them as mandatory for all workers. employers of professions and branches related to:
a) The from 18.3.2021 S.S.E. "On the terms of remuneration and work of electricians of electrical stores throughout the country"
b) the from 2.2.2021 S.S.E. "For the terms of remuneration and work of electricians employed in the technical offices of elevators throughout the country."
The Plenary Session of ASE also launched all the legal procedures, so that in a new meeting, which will take place on Tuesday, May 11, 2021, to give an opinion on the extension and declaration as generally mandatory and of 20.1.2021 S.S.E. "On the terms of remuneration and work of employees in hotel companies across the country."
In this context, the Minister of Labor and Social Affairs, Mr. Kostis Hatzidakis, will sign the relevant decisions within the next few days, as provided by current legislation.
