The strengthening of the market the day after the pandemic, the labor and the operation of the unions, the pending applications for retirement and the auxiliary insurance, were at the center of a teleconference that the Minister of Labor K. Hatzidakis had earlier with the representatives of the institutions.
According to information, the agenda of the discussion included:
-The labor bill, which is being drafted, is planned to be submitted to Parliament in the spring.
-The reform of the auxiliary insurance system, an issue which is also progressing, with the ministry waiting for the necessary studies (actuarial, macroeconomic, public debt sustainability) that are being prepared.
- The issue of outstanding pensions, on which the Minister informed the representatives of the institutions about the current situation and the planning (in the light of today's announcements for the placement of project manager and Project Team) in order to speed up the award process.
-The issue of vocational training reform and the use of Community funds (NSRF-Recovery Fund) in this direction
