The Russian vaccine is the first vaccine to arrive in Argentina. The Russian Direct Investment Fund (RDIF) has signed an agreement with the Argentine government to supply 10 million doses of vaccine. The first batch, with 300.000 first-dose vaccines (the vaccine is given in two doses) arrived in Argentina on 24 December. The vaccination of the medical staff started on December 29.
